General Questions: Q. Why Green Cleaning?
A. Green cleaning helps to improve indoor air quality and is a healthier way to clean and maintain the environment where you live. Environmentally conscious cleaning products work better than traditional cleaners and are healthier for you, for the surfaces you clean and for the environment you live in. Using green cleaning products also lowers or eliminates the use of chemicals to treat water.
Additionally, traditional cleaning chemicals can endanger your health and often contain chemicals associated with cancer. Many release fumes into the air through evaporation affecting your home air quality, causing eye and skin irritations, aggravating chronic respiratory conditions and allergies.

A. The benefits of using a Green cleaning service are outstanding. Apart from the obvious, that we use Just Green - non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning—products and methods that are better for your health, we also seek to provide superior service, building a lasting relationship with each and every one of our clients. The products and equipment we use will ensure better air quality, and clean and disinfect just as well or better than any traditional cleaning chemical product.

Q. Are your services more expensive than traditional companies?
A. No, our rates are highly competitive and we do not add on for using the higher quality cleaning equipment and solutions we choose to use.

Q. When you say “complete” make-ready, what does that entail? A. We can offer a complete turnkey, make-ready solution for anyone wishing to prepare their home or office to sell or rent. This service can include drywall repair, painting, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and/or a full top-to-bottom cleaning and preparation. Simply contact us if you are interested in this service and we will tailor your make-ready it to suit your needs.

Q. What areas in San Antonio do you service? A. Our primary areas of coverage are: Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, Castle Hills, Shavano Park, Stonk Oak, Hollywood Park, Live Oak and Elm Creek; however our service area is steadily expanding, so please contact our office directly to inquire about your location. top
Q. What days / hours do you provide services? A. We are available to our clients every day except for Sunday, a day of rest that we provide to ourselves and all our employees. Special appointments and pricing may be arranged for holidays. Our hours are typical and appropriate residential hours (8am to 5pm) and commercial hours (5pm on). We believe in getting the job done right and do our best to do it within the expected timeframe.

Q. Are your services guaranteed?
A. Yes, in delivering our services we strive to maintain the highest quality and provide the greatest value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Just Green Cleaning experience, simply contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and let us know where we went wrong. We’ll come back at your convenience and re-clean any deficiencies free of charge. We do not currently offer a money-back guarantee.

Q. Since you are family owned and operated, does that mean that you will be present on the job?
A. One of the benefits to using our services is that, in most cases, one of us will be supervising or working the job.

Q. Are you bonded and insured?
A. Yes, we are bonded and insured. We will be glad to provide you the insurance phone number so you can call direct to request proof of our insurance and bonding.
Unfortunately, many "cleaning companies" do not carry liability insurance. If your belongings are damaged (and accidents do happen on occasion), you will have no easy compensation recourse.

Q. Do you provide references?
A. Yes. Simply ask and we will email you a list of references and contact information.

Q. Do you offer a discount for referrals?
A. Yes indeed. Customer referrals are the most important part of our business. It's a reflection of our customer's satisfaction with the quality of our services.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept check, money orders and of course, cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless other billing arrangements are made in advance.

Q. Do you charge sales tax on your services?
A. In most instances sales tax must be charged and collected on the services we render, with a few exceptions, according to Texas law. We will be sure to inform you when sales tax is not applicable.

Q. Can I hire one of your maids directly to perform cleaning or any other services?
A. We invest significant resources recruiting, hiring, and training our cleaning teams in order to consistently provide the highest quality service to our clients. Our employees have entered into non-compete agreements which prohibit them from, among other things, providing services to our clients outside the scope of their employment with us.
Should you wish to hire a current or previous Just Green Cleaning Co. employee for any home-related service outside of your relationship with our company, we charge a referral fee of $3,500. This fee is due within thirty days of notification from Just Green Cleaning Co. We ask that you refrain from soliciting our employees directly - please contact us should you wish to discuss such an arrangement.
